What is AYC? The Archdiocesan Youth Conference (AYC) gathers participants - both youth and adults - from all over the local Church. AYC is the largest evangelizing event for older adolescents that the Office of Adolescent Catechesis and Evangelization hosts annually. Participants will experience the diversity of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston! They will have the opportunity to share and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ through daily Mass, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Confession, dynamic talks, and other prayer experiences.

Location: Hilton Americas Hotel (Downtown Houston) - 600 Lamar Street, Houston, TX 77010
Cost: $350
Deposit: $150.00
What Parents Need To Know: There will be 4 teens in each hotel room. Parents will be responsible for drop off (Friday, July 25) and pick up (Sunday, July 27) from AYC. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 25th. Pick-up will be at 11:30 AM on Sunday, July 27th.

We cannot hold a spot for your child without the deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

The $350 fee covers: Conference, Registration, Hotel, Meals, Shirt, and Snacks.

Picture Description

As parent/guardian, I understand that promotional pictures and videos (individual and group) may be taken during AYC. Medical Consent/Liability Waiver

In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to the staff of Mary Queen Catholic Church to seek emergency medical transport or treatment for my child(ren) named above. I wish to be advised before further care is given by the hospital or doctor and I understand that all financial obligations are my responsibility. If I cannot be reached please contact the person listed above.

In consideration of my child's participation in AYC on July 25-27, 2025 at Hilton Americas Hotel (Houston, Texas), I agree on behalf of myself, my child(ren) named above, and our heirs, successors, and assigns, to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Archbishop, Joe Vasquez, Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, Mary Queen Catholic church, its pastor or any representative of Faith Formation or Yourth Ministry (collectively the "indemnitees") from any and all injuries, losses or claims arising out of my child's participation in the program. I further agree that if anyone on my child's behalf makes a claim against the indemnitees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the indemnitees from any litigation, expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or cost which may incur as a result of such claim.
