ELEMENTARY FAITH FORMATION (CCE):
Meeting Day: Tuesday 4:00-5:15pm OR 5:45-7:00pm
Wednesday 4:00-5:15pm OR 5:45-7:00pm
Meeting Location: We begin in the Mini Hall and proceed to individual classrooms.
- Students in grades: K, 1, 2nd & 3rd are required to be escorted into and out of the building. (Exit ticket required)
- Students in grades: 4th & 5th may be dropped off/ picked up under the covered area.
- Dismissing early? An adult is required to inform the catechist in advance of an early dismissal; walk into the building and provide exit ticket. (Required for all ages)

TWO HANDS OF CHRIST – We are asking Elementary families to be the hands of Christ by selecting two events to assist with at Mary Queen (once in the fall and once in the spring).

OTHER EVENTS:
CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD - Sundays during Mass
9:30 & 11:30 Masses (ages 5-10)
Children will enjoy a Children’s Mass which is designed as age appropriate. They are dismissed from the congregation before the First Reading and will process back to join their families for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
FIRST FAMILY FRIDAY FUN – The First Friday of each month from 6:00-8:00pm
The First Friday of each month are planned activities for young families of our parish. Come meet others, enjoy food and family fun kid friendly activities. One example in December is Cookies, Cocoa & Caroling. If interested in assisting, please contact Stephanie Hermes at stephaniehermes10@yahoo.com.
PARTICIPATE IN ALL SAINTS DAY – 9:30am Mass (Date to come)
At Mass children will process up the aisle depicted/dressed up as their favorite Saint. Please learn 5 facts about your Saint. Directly following Mass, we will have a “live” wax museum, outside. Your children will share their knowledge with parishioners as our wax museum comes to life.
OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE FEAST CELEBRATION - 9:00 am Mass (Date to come)
All children are encouraged to participate. Children are asked to process in and present the roses to our lady. This celebration is beautiful. Practice is typically the day before. If interested, please reach out to Carmen Fox: hmministry@gmail.com.
FIRST GRADE CHRISTMAS PLAY – Tuesday, December 10, 2024 or Wednesday, December 11, 2024
Time: During your child’s class time
Location: MQ Main Hall
4th & 5th Grade Bible Infusion- 4th and 5th Grade Holy Triduum Play
All 4th & 5th Grade students will participate in a reenactment of the Holy Triduum. Parents are highly encouraged to attend this event during their children’s class time.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (VBS) – VBS is a program offered for one week during the summer.
The purpose is to incorporate themed activities, games and bible studies that entertain children while learning about God.
