Walking With Purpose
When a woman comes to Walking with Purpose for the first time, we don’t know her background. We don’t know if she’s been hurt by the Church, if she’s seen hypocrisy and a lack of authenticity among the Christians she knows. We don’t know what baggage she carries. She may feel overwhelmed and overworked. She may have been betrayed by women in the past. There is much we don’t know, but what we do know is this.
At Walking with Purpose, we develop and deliver Bible studies to reach adult women.
Walking with Purpose is a Catholic Bible study for women that aims to bring women to a deeper personal relationship with Christ. Through personal study and small group discussions, the group helps to link our everyday challenges with solutions given to us through the teachings of Christ and the Catholic Church.

Welcome to Walking with Purpose, a Woman’s Program.
People need to be welcomed home. Will you open the door of your heart? Spiritual Motherhood: The Transforming Power of the Feminine Genius will show you how. But get ready! You will be changed, in the best of ways. This Bible study will lead you on a journey of discovering your true identity, and usher you into your calling to mother this world back to Jesus.
Spiritual Motherhood is not just for biological mothers and those who have made religious vows. It's a call to a new way of seeing and a radical gift of self. It’s the feminine genius in action, and it has the power to completely transform our increasingly dehumanizing culture.
We are surrounded by people who are desperately searching for a mother. In a world that feels unfriendly, we can provide a refuge. Our homes are to be hospitals - havens of healing. Our dinner tables are to be operating tables - the place where broken souls are made whole again. When we offer this to hearts that are aching and longing to be seen, heaven and earth come together, and sacred space is created.
This Season, we will offer a new 25-week study called Spiritual Motherhood: The Transforming Power of the Feminine Genius, which is a bold invitation to rediscover what it means to be a woman in our time and to offer a gift to a world that desperately needs it.
We offer 2 sessions to choose from:
A morning session from 10:30am-12:00pm and an evening session from 7:00pm-8:30pm.
Sessions will meet in the Main Hall at Mary Queen.
The Fall Semester begins Tuesday, September 15, 2026, through Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
The Spring Semester begins Tuesday, January 12, 2027, through Tuesday, May 4, 2027. (We will not meet during Spring Break, Tuesday, March 9, 2027).
The cost to register for this study is $60, which includes the Spiritual Motherhood study book.
